At Shalom Bombay, our Outstanding Veteran Chefs, having over 25 years of experience in fine Indian cooking, have reinvented Indian specialties by creating Glatt Kosher Indian cuisine. They prepare mouth watering specialties, such as Tandoori meats, vegetables, specialty breads (Naans) baked in a hot clay oven called Tandoor and delicious meat and vegetable curries prepared in aromatic spices using premium Kosher ingredients.

All the strict preparations are made strictly under supervision of the Orthodox Union in compliance with kosher dietary laws. Our Veteran Chefs prepare various meat and vegetarian dishes and have been challenged to incorporate el non-dairy parve sour cream, when required. The quality of food at Shalom Bombay is simply spellbinding. All items are prepared with fine ingredients, spiced to your taste mild, medium or hot. Our A La Carte menu has high quality of culinary excellence, featuring delicious kosher delicacies, to provide you with maximum dining experience.
